Stokes, Butler, Archer, Bairstow and Ali have all been retained by there teams.
Eoin Morgan, be will be very happy as he wasn’t picked up in last years auction. Also with a 6 figure contract towards the latter end of his career will put a smile on his face. He isn’t captain for KKR but I am sure he will have a strong leadership role.
Jason Roy, he hasn’t had the best Ipl’s recently. He has struggled but he has the ability. For him tho he has to have a strategy and believe in himself.
Chris Woakes, a good Ipl would go along way to assuring himself for the world t20 in a year’s time. He will hope to stay injury-free as he has had a few recently.
Sam Curran, he always seems to influence the game whatever he does. He played a few games as a pinch-hitter last year. I think this is a role he could develop into as he has great batting ability.
Tom Curran, he like Woakes will be looking to force his way into the world t20 side. Tom has a point to prove after being left out of the world cup. He thought he should have been in that team.
Chris Jordan, probably one of the first names on the team sheet for England. His variations and being able to bowl in the tough parts of the game make him a very good pick.
Tom Banton, being at KKR in the same team as the England captain Eoin Morgan will be good for him. He believes in his ability and has lots of it. Breaking into England’s white-ball line up will be tough but if he goes from having an outstanding big bash to Ipl. Who knows?
