England vs West Indies day 2,3rd test

England started the day on 231-4 a big score looking likely.

England had a circumspect start but then Butler was out for 67 bowled Shannon Gabriel in came Bairstow who early on was dropped on to.A tough caught and bowled chance.Not long after that man Shannon Gabriel was at it again having Ben stokes caught behind for 79. It was a fantastic catch as he covered a lot ground and then had a big dive.Then not long after Bairstow was bowled for 4 by a big Kemar Roach inswinger for 2 of 33 leaving England 270-7.Not long after the procession continued moen our caught at first slip prodding at a short one. The last 3 wickets wood,broad and Anderson out.England all out for 277. Disappointing and it’s lunch.

After lunch West Indies made a solid start reaching 57-0 before two wickets in two balls from Ali turned it around.The first braithwate out for 12 by Anderson in the deep.A hack across the line,the next braithwate lbw for 4 leaving the windies 57-2. In the 21’st over the matched changed. Mark wood into the attack a firesome and hostile spell of fast bowling getting hope,Chase and then hetmyer with the last ball of the session.Windies 74-5. A good session for England.

Straight after wood kept up his bowling having bravo caught at slip for 6.Root with the catch.Next was Paul running down and missing a straight one of moen stumped for 9.West indies on the ropes.After a small recovery dowrich was lbw for broad for 38.The next wicket a sublime one handed catch over his head of moen from broad Joseph out for 4. West Indies 145-8 the last two wickets fell cheaply wood taking the last one Windies 154 all out England a lead of 123. Estatic for Wood that’s what happens when you have pace! England survived the 10 overs and now lead by 142 runs. A solid and enjoyable day of test match cricket!
