Middlesex looked to continue there good start with a win over Somerset where as Somerset looked to get back to winning ways.steven Finn won the toss and elected to bowl

Somerset made a bad start with Davies being caught behind for zero of Steven Finn Myburgh made some good boundaries before he was out from the same combination Hildreth and Trego came together before Hildreth was run out and renshaw came in and was out before Banton came in and was out to the same combination stumped Simpson bowled Patel leaving Somerset on 142-5 and shortly After Trego was out for a good 65 before he was caught and bowled Patel leaving Somerset at 150-6 with van dew mere and Gregory together they batted very well rescuing the innings to 250-7 before Gregory was caught Sterling bowled helm for 57 after this there was a flurry of wickets that left Somerset on 283 all out a competitive score

Middlesex started bad with gubbins out caught at first slip bowl d Gregory for 14 and shortly after eskinasi caught behind for 0 of Craig Overton.

in came Morgan who started well before he was caught at slip by Hildreth of Gregory for 11 shortly after Cartwright fell caught by a spectacular catch by Banton of Trego for 4 leaving Middlesex on 66-4 shortly after the key wicket Stirling caught behind off Meekeren for 35 trying to uppercut a short one . In came Franklin who was clean bowled by Jamie Overtons first ball a vicious Yorker nicking out middle stump . Then sowter caught behind off Meekeren for 16 next Finn came inn and added some resistance before he was ran out by Myburgh . Patel and Simpson offered more resistance before Simpson was caught behind by Meekeren for 77

Somerset win by 53 runs .
